We know how busy you are. Our retirement plan experts serve as the Retirement Plans division of your Human Resources Department. As your back office, we provide Human Resources professionals with daily, local, hands-on service in the areas of plan implementation and/or conversion management, plan design, year-end reporting and compliance reviews, conflict resolution, audit preparation and legislative updates. We encourage and welcome direct participant inquiries. In essence, we become the “conductor” of your retirement plan, orchestrating the plan on your behalf.
Driving force for plan success
As your front line, we provide top-notch enrollment and education services for your plan participants. Additionally, we provide the annual due diligence review for our plan sponsors that includes fund performance benchmarking, comprehensive fee analysis, fund company stewardship grading and concrete recommendations relative to plan design, product changes and/or investment offerings.
